30-day returns

If you're not satisfied, return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Some categories (e.g. personal care) are final sale and clearly marked.

Visit your order page or email info@elevatetradeworks.com to start a return. We'll send a prepaid label within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
